Alaska Tomato (Lycopersicon Lycopersicum): heirloom variety from Russia, Aljaska is the correct pronunciation, particularly suitable for cold climates.
The plant is precocious, bushy, with large laves and reaches 1.5 m in height; it produces round tomatoes of bright color weighing about 60 gr. The taste is fresh, and acid, the pulp is soft but compact.
Suitable for salads, or quick preparations. In warmer climates, it can be sown until mid August for a late harvest.
