  • Lakota Tomato (Lycopersicon lycopersicum)

Pomodoro Lakota (Lycopersicon lycopersicum): ancient Amerindian ecotype suitable for hot climates, typical of recent years. The berries are of medium size, around 150 gr, round, with smooth, thick skin that provides a longer shelf-life once harvested. It allows for multiple uses, its taste is balanced and the pulp is firm, not too watery. The plant is indeterminate, very productive and vigorous, it is necessary to prune the axillary buds (trim the females).
Ready in 80 days from transplantation.
Cultivation is not recommended where seasons are short, excellent for central and southern Italy.
